Privacy with separate private entrance
Each of our rooms is designed with privacy in mind. In the Oratia and Kaiwanga rooms you have your own private entrance. The Matakitaki and Rawhiti rooms are separate from the house, in the garden bungalow.

Separate entrance
Our rooms are
designed purposely for a comfortable, relaxing stay. All rooms have a wonderful view. The picture
is the Oratia room. Here you can open the bathroom
window and search for dolphins whilst standing in the shower.
Separate terrace
All
our rooms have their own separate terrace.
Pictured is the deck of the Kaiwanga room. This room lends itself to true romance.
Separate picnic places
If
you would like to make the most of this hidden away picnic table, we can supply you with a picnic
hamper. This is only one of many separate picnic places
Kuaotunu has to offer.
Separate beaches
From
Kaeppeli's B&B, we have a track leading through the bush down to a beautiful little beach.
It's quite a private beach as there are sand dunes behind it so on the beach you feel quite alone — and you may well be — as our beaches on the Coromandel Peninsula are not crowded.

What a lovely cosy B&B. It was nice to have that added privacy with having a private entrance to our room. But enjoy the company of other guests over dinner. We will be back in two years time.

Do we have to share the lounge with other guests?
It depends which room you are in. The Oratia and Kaiwanga
rooms both have their own lounge area in the room. Rawhiti and Matakitaki rooms share a lounge with each other.
